Lawns and Landscaping

Everyone contributes toward making Lake Jovita a desired place to live. Our covenants reference in several sections the need to maintain our lawn and landscaping.

Article XI, Section 7. Maintenance and Landscaping of Lawns. Each lot, Unit or Parcel on which there is a completed dwelling shall be maintained in a manicured condition by the Owner so that its appearance is in harmony with the neighborhood and development.

Article XI, Section 8. Failure to Maintain. If the Owner of a Lot, Unit, or Parcel shall fail to maintain such Owner’s Lot, Unit, Landscaping, Lawn, or Parcel as required, either the Declarant or the Association, after giving such Owner at least ten (10) days’ written notice, shall be authorized to undertake such maintenance at such Owner’s expense.

Article XIII, Section 8 B, (xvi) Landscaping will include a minimum of: Zoysia or St. Augustine sod.

Each resident by maintaining their property, contributes to make Lake Jovita a special place to call home.
